Caulfield Bears About the Caulfield Bears
The Caulfield Bears Football & Netball Club is a local community club based at Koornang Park, Cnr Koornang Road & Munro Ave, Carnegie Naarm that offers 2 sporting programs (football & netball) to the broader community.
We have:
- 2 Football Teams; and
- 6 Netball Teams
These teams are affiliated with the Southern Football Netball League. All teams are ‘open-age’ – that is, there is no age limit in which a participant can be to play.
In addition to our ‘open-age’ sporting programs, we have an under-age football program for boys & girls aged between 7-17yrs to participate. We also have an Auskick program for children aged between 5-10 yrs.
Our ‘open-age’ matches (both football & netball) are played on Saturdays and our ‘under-age’ teams play on Sundays. The season commences in April and concludes in August/September each year.
Our football matches are played either at our ‘home’ ground (Koornang Park) or our opponents’ venue and our netball matches are played at Springvale & District Netball Centre, Rowan Road, Dingley.
