As the open-age football arm of the club, the Caulfield Bears Senior Football League team represents the heart of the club’s competitive and community-oriented program. Based at Koornang Park in Carnegie, the team competes in the Southern Football Netball League and dons Bears colours every Saturday throughout the season.

This senior football program is open-age, meaning there is no maximum age, and it welcomes players from many walks of life and experience levels. Whether coming back to football, graduating from junior footy, or simply looking for a supportive environment, Caulfield Bears is a club where players can flourish both on and off the field.
Season Format and Competition
The senior team generally starts its season in April, which lasts till August or September. Matches are held on Saturdays weekly, either at Koornang Park being the home ground of this team or at any other league venue. The league caters for every player; competition scenarios every match are an opportunity to develop skills, build fitness, and nurture teamwork.
